首届深圳国际文化产业博览会会徽、吉祥物征集公告

　　由中华人民共和国文化部文化产业司、广东省文化厅、广东省新闻出版局、广东省广播电影电视局、深圳市人民政府共同主办的“首届深圳国际文化产业博览会”将于2004年11月在深圳隆重举行，从即日起向境内外公开征集深圳国际文化产业博览会会徽、吉祥物设计作品和“文博会”会展品牌的CIS系统设计方案。现将有关事项公告如下：

　　1.设计要求——体现“文博会”旨在通过中外文化产业的博览盛会推动文化产业的发

展与进步，以“博览天下文化、荟萃产业精华”，“文化承载世界”的主题，体现国际一流水平、体现中国特色、中国风格、中国气派，体现中外先进文化交融，同时展现深圳文化风貌。要求设计作品简洁、大方、文化含意深刻，便于制作、体现趣味性、艺术性，具有丰富的象征意义。设计作品要求提供黑白稿一份，彩色稿一份，电子文本一份，并附创意说明。

　　2.征集对象——境内外广告公司、设计单位及专业设计师。3.奖项设置及版权归属

　　设计作品设录用奖1名，奖励人民币50000元，并颁发获奖证书；入围奖10名，各奖励人民币8000元，并颁发获奖证书。

　　4.录用设计作品版权归深圳国际文化产业博览会所有。所有作品恕不退还，请自留底稿。

　　5.截止时间——2004年3月20日（以邮戳为准）

　　hedesignisaimedatexpressingtheconceptthatthefairwillpromotethedevelopmentandadvancementoftheculturalindustry.Thedesignalsoshouldconveythefair＇stheme:″Exploringworld＇scultures,combiningthebestoftheculturalindustryandusingcultureforbettercommunications.″Thedesignmustreflecttopworldstandards,ChinesecharacteristicsandstyleandShenzhen＇sculturalstyleandfeatures.Thedesignshouldbeconcise,easytomakeandbeculturallysignificant.Itshouldalsobeinteresting,artisticandsymbolic.Participantsshouldpresentacopyoftheirdesignworksinblackandwhite,acopyincolorandanonlineversion.Anexplanationoftheconceptshouldbeattached.
