Last night Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State, called on the UK and Scottish governments to reveal more about last year’s decision to allow Abdel Basset Ali al-Megrahi to return to Libya. She urged them to “review the underlying facts and circumstances leading to the release” and to “consider any new information that has come to light since”. (节选部分)
