I have always enjoyed visiting bookstores； for on thing theyhavemore books than libraries, and for another you can spend awholeday in a bookstore without paying a penny.

　　I am a philosophaster, I mean I know, or at least I think Iknow,something about philosophy. Once in my life I was influencedby thethoughts of being a nihilist, I thought nothing existed, thewholeworld was nil, and we were just something in someone’ s mind.Iknew I was wrong, but I needed to be proved wrong, so I oftenwentto the bookstore during that period. I began to read thebookswritten by Socrates, Plato, Aristotle and so on－thosefamousidealists－ to learn their view of the world, their view oflife,and tried to pull myself out of the shadows of nihilism.EventuallyI got overit. I am now very glad that I got overit.Visitingbookstores helps me a lot whenever I need help.

　　I think I am a little bit nostalgic. How I wish sometimes thatIcould turn time back, to see the glorious period of thefamousbookstores the City Lights Bookstore in San Francisco, thevitalityof the beaten generation, the legendary bookstore in Paris,TheShakespeare and Company , to see the rebirth of modernliterature.I feel it is a great pity that I missed out on thisgreat period intime.

　　After saying so much, I just want to express my feelingsaboutvisiting bookstores. In a bookstore, we can exchange our ideaswiththe other readers and, what is more exciting, we canactuallycommunicate with the great authors through the long historyin ourhearts.

　　去书店

　　我一直喜欢去书店；一是因为书店比图书馆的书还多,二是因为您可以在书店里呆上一整天也不需花一分钱。

　　我是一个爱好哲学者,我的意思是我懂哲学,至少我自己是这样认为。我曾经受到虚无主义思想的影响。我以为这个世界并不存在,我们只是人们意识当中的幻觉。我知道我这种想法不对。但是,我必须找出我错在什么地方,因此在那段时间我常常去书店。我开始读苏格拉底、柏拉图、亚里斯多德等哲学家的作品,了解他们对世界,对人生的看法,使自己能够摆脱虚无主义对我的影响。最终我成功了。我现在为能够摆脱这种影响而高兴。每当我感到困惑时,去书店总能找到答案。

　　我有些怀旧。我多么希望能时光倒流,去看一看历史长河中一些著名书店的辉煌 旧金山的 C ITY LIGHT书店,巴黎带有传奇色彩的T HE SHAKESPEARE AND COMPA NY书店,去见证现代文学的诞生。未能赶上这个时代让我深感遗憾。

　　其实说这么多,我只是想表达我对书店的感情。在书店中我们可以与其他读者交换思想,更令人振奋的是我们可以在内心世界里默默的与历史上的伟大作家产生共鸣。小明星学习心得
