　　I am truly delighted to make a speech. My topic is My Dream.

　　Martin Luther King had a dream. We can all recall hisCivilcenters Speech. Phil Knight had a dream. Now, the whole worldknowshis Nike slogan Just doit. I have a dream too, which is thatwe canhave a peaceful world.

　　What is peace？ Everybody seems to hold a different concept. Astomy opinion, it means neither war nor social unrest.

　　I believe everybody loves peace. If there were peace in theworld,we could use our rockets to explore the mystery of space,ournuclear－powered submarines to explore the depths of sea,ourmissiles to deliver mail and we can use these up －to－dateequipments to create and improve our new lives instead ofusingthem militarily.

　　Governments can use their money to build more schools so thatmoreand more children can be educated to become useful citizens.Peoplecan have a better environment to workin. And the whole worldcandevelop quickly. And there would be no poverty in theworld.

　　Let’ s imagine, how wonderful the spectacle wouldbe！ The worldisfull of love. What a beautiful dream！

　　But how can we realize this dream？ There is a famous sayingbyNeville Chamberlain It takes two to make peace, but one tomakewar.So, personally I think it requires understanding andfriendshipbetween different persons and nations. Let no onesufferdiscrimination by reason of color, race, religion ornationalorigin. Let the people help each other and study fromeachother.

　　Eventually, I think making the whole world peaceful is adreamshared by all ofus, let us try our best to make it cometrue.

　　我的梦想

　　大家好,我演讲的题目是我的梦想。

　　马丁·路德·金拥有一个梦想—我们都能回忆起他的民权演讲,菲尔·奈特拥有一个梦想—现在,整个世界都知道他的耐克口号勇于尝试。我也有一个梦想,那就是拥有一个和平的世界。

　　我相信每个人都热爱和平。如果,整个世界是和平安宁的,那么我们可以应用火箭来探索宇宙的奥秘；如果整个世界是和平安宁的,我们可以用核潜水艇来勘探海洋的奥妙；如果整个世界是和平安宁的,各国可以节省数目不菲的军备开支用以改善、创造我们的生活。

　　政府可以筹备更多的资金来建立更多的学校,使越来越多的孩子成为国家的栋梁之才。人们拥有一个更好的工作环境,整个世界将迅速发展,世界将不再有贫困与落后。

　　那么,我们怎样将这一切附诸行动呢？张伯伦曾经这样说过和平需双方共同努力,但一方就可以挑起战争。所以,我认为它需要各国人民之间的理解和友谊。不要让任何一个人因为肤色、种族、宗教信仰而受到歧视,让人们互相学习并互相帮助。

　　最后,我想说世界和平是我们的梦想,让我们为之努力吧。
