世界冬季城市市长会议，原名国际北方城市市长会议。2004年国际北方城市市长会议决定，国际北方城市市长会议已更名为世界冬季城市市长会议。　　该协会是由日本札幌市发起的，自1982年起，该协会每两年召开一次会议，目前已召开过11次会议。第十二届世界冬季城市市长会议将在长春召开，同时配合本次会议的中国·长春2006世界冬季城市产品博览会也将于2006年1月15日～24日在长春举办。长春作为东道主以友好、热情、周到的服务欢迎来自国内外的参展参会人员，特别是来自世界冬季城市市长会议会员城市:中国的吉林、哈尔滨、佳木斯、齐齐哈尔、鸡西、沈阳，日本的青森、札幌，韩国的太白，加拿大的乔治王子，挪威的特罗姆索，爱沙尼亚的马尔都，格陵兰的努克，立陶宛的考纳斯和美国的安克雷奇等国家和城市。　　本届“冬博会”论坛以“在冬季里发展”为主题，以“加强交流，促进合作，学习借鉴，共谋发展”为宗旨，邀请来自世界冬季城市市长会议会员及非会员城市的大型购销商、大中型企业及科研单位等携带具有各自国家特点的名、优、新、特产品参展。　　世界冬季城市市长会议简介　　A Brief Introduction of WWCAM 　　World Winter Cities Association Meeting（WWCAM）， the old name is International Northen Cities Mayors Conference（INCMC）， which passed the decision of renaming INCMC to WWCAM in 2004 meeting. INCMC was proposed by Sapporo，the Japanese city， and convened one meeting every two years since 1982.It has hold 11 meetings until now. The 12th WWCAM will be convened in Changchun.Being the cooperation， China·Changchun 2006 World Winter Cities Trade Fair will be held during 15th to 24th，January. 　　Being the host， Changchun will offer friendly， warmly and thoughtfully service for the domestic and foreign guests， especially for the guests of cities attending WWCAM: China's Jilin，Harbin，Jiamusi，Qiqihar，Jixi，Shenyang， Japan's Aomori，Sapporo， R.O.Korea's Taebaek， Canada's Prince George，Norway's Trosm，Estonia's Maardu，Greenland's Nuuk，Lithuania's Kaunas and America's Anchorage. 　　The theme of this WWCAM Mayor's Conference is "Grow In Winter"， focus on promoting exchange，strengthening cooperation，exchanging experience and seeking for common benefit.
