　　解释：问题出在将“炒面”理解错了。“炒” 有两个意思，一是“油炒”，即to fry。二是“干炒”，即to roast。“面”也有两个意思。一是“面条”，即noodles。二是“粮食磨成的粉”，即 flour。“炒面”有三层意思：一是“炒面条”，即fried noodles。二是“油炒面儿”，译为flour fried in beef fat with sugar and sesame。三是“干炒面”，译为 roasted flour。志愿军战士吃的是炒高粱面，译为roasted sorghum flour。
