"As the new Austrian Ambassador to China since January 26 this year， I take this opportunity to extend warm greetings to all readers of this newspaper and express my sincere congratulations to Changjiang Daily on the launch of its new publication Changjiang Weekly!

　　For the content of reporting， I am looking forward to seeing many objective articles and reports about Austria in the newly launched Changjiang Weekly! I believe that Austria， well-known for its rich cultural heritage， the beauty of its landscape and its high quality of living is a country offering many topics of interest to Changjiang Weekly. Austrian technology and know-how are internationally renowned， especially in the growing field of "green technologies"， urban management， energy efficiency， integrated water management， biotechnology and many more. More traditional topics could cover Mozart， Sissy， the New Year's Concert and the Golden Hall， that are well known in China and throughout the world.
