　　In America， we have the 2nd amendment which states that citizens have the right to bear arms. The right to bear arms mean that normal civilians have the right legally to purchase and own guns. In Colorado State there is a relaxed gun control law， and just recently there was another violent killing spree inside a cinema in Colorado. - Allen Mak
