　　Research and Dissemination

　　总结、研究和推广各级政府创新经验是“中国地方政府创新奖”的重要任务和使命。以此为中心，我们搭建了以下几个制度化的研究和推广平台。

　　It is a major task to conduct study on various innovations and disseminate them to more places. In order to complete this task, several platforms are established.

　　●中国政府创新论坛 Forum on Chinese Governance Innovations

　　论坛的宗旨是总结和发布各级政府在改革创新方面的先进经验，推进对我国政府创新的研究。论坛主题根据政府创新的进展以及社会公众的要求选择。论坛以

　　Its aim is to disseminate and promote innovations by governments at various levels. Topic for each forum will be decided according to new development of innovations and social concerns. The forum is based at Peking University and would be held outside of campus.

　　论坛合作对象包括：教学与科研机构；各级地方政府以及“中国政府创新奖”获奖单位。

　　The forum welcomes partnership from academic institutions, local government and winners of local governance innovations Awards.

　　●《中国政府创新年度报告》Annual Report of Chinese Government Innovations

　　《中国政府创新年度报告》每年出版一辑，记录当年各级政府的创新实践，总结中国政府每年的创新特点和问题，探讨解决问题的有效途径，提供创新的重要数据，介绍国外创新的经验，是关心中国政府改革创新人士了解中国最新发展的权威资料。

　　The annual report is published each year. It will record innovative practices by governments, analyze characteristics and trend of innovations，collect important data relating to innovations and introduce international experiences. It will be valuable for readers to catch up with updated development of Chinese government innovations and reform.

　　●《中国政府创新研究简报》Briefing of Chinese Government Innovations Research

　　《中国政府创新研究简报》创办宗旨是为决策者和研究者及时提供国内外政府创新研究的重要成果，跟踪国内外政府创新趋势，为促进政府改革创新服务。简报每年编发若干期。

　　The Briefing aims to provide updated information to decision-makers and researchers. It will focus on research results and follow trends of innovations. It has several issues each year.

　　●《历届中国地方政府创新奖案例报告》及《历届中国地方政府创新奖宣传册》

　　A Case-study Report of Awards Winners; Pamphlet of Each Round of Awarding

　　《历届中国地方政府创新奖案例报告》汇集了每届获奖项目的深度案例报告。报告详尽记述了每个获奖创新的过程，分析其发展的前景、产生的影响。该报告从出版以来已经成为高校相关专业以及党政官员了解各地政府创新经验的重要参考。

　　The Report collects about 15 case-study papers of winners. Each paper traces the process of innovation making and analyzes its deveopment and influence. Since its publication it has been an important reference for graduate, scholars and officials to learn innovations by local governments.

　　《历届中国地方政府创新奖宣传册》记录了每届创新奖的评选过程、入选项目介绍。中英文对照。

　　The Pamphlet records each round of selection process and covers short introduction of candidates. It has Chinese and English versions.

　　●中国政府创新网 WWW. Chinainnovations.org

　　中国政府创新网拥有国内最完整的政府创新数据库。它及时发布中国地方政府创新奖的进展情况、中国政府创新的最新动态、政府创新的研究成果以及国际社会中的创新经验。其发展的目标是成为了解中国政府创新实践和理论研究研究的首选网站。在技术允许的情况下，中国地方政府创新奖的部分评选环节将通过该网进行。

　　It owns the most complete data bank of Chinese government innovations. It is a window to publish updated information about the Awards and governance innovations. Its aim is to become the top website for governance innovative practice and related studies. With permission of technology, some procedures of selection will be conducted through it.

　　●其他 Others

　　除了以上研究和推广平台外，我们还通过研讨会、为各级政府提供政策建议、与地方政府合作建立创新实验基地、与高校建立创新研究实验室等方式来研究和推广创新。

　　In addition to the above platforms, seminars, policy consultancy, experimental bases for government innovations and innovation labs are applied to study and disseminate innovations by cooperating with local governments and universities.

　　参与和建设全球创新网络 Participating and Constructing Global Network for Innovations

　　搭建能够连接国内外学界、政界的网络是推动创新和扩展创新的重要手段。中国地方政府创新奖是各国政府创新奖联络组的发起成员(目前共有10个国家设立了政府创新奖)，从2004年成为联合国创办的全球政府创新论坛的合作伙伴。创新奖的组织者与联合国开发署、欧盟、世界银行发展门户网、福特基金会、哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院、英国文化协会、法国政治创新基金会等国际机构或学术组织建立了稳定而长期的合作关系。通过这些合作与交流，中国地方政府创新奖向国际同行介绍了中国政府改革创新的经验，丰富了国际社会对创新的理解与认识。

　　在国内，中国地方政府创新奖与包括《中国新闻周刊》、《学习时报》、《二十一世纪经济报道》等重要媒体以及一些地方政府也建立了合作关系，以多种方式来推动地方政府创新。

　　The Awards is member of Ford innovation liaison group and partner of the Global Forum on Reinventing Government (initiated by United Nations). The CCCPE maintains stable and long term cooperation with UNDP, EU, Ford Foundation, Kennedy School of Harvard University, British Council, and other international organizations. Through exchanges and cooperation, Chinese government innovations contribute to international understanding about innovations.

　　寻求创新的战略合作伙伴 Seeking Strategic Partnership for Innovations

　　合作是创新成功的重要条件。中国地方政府创新奖组委会诚邀企业界、学术界以及民间组织同仁的参与，并成为我们的战略合作伙伴，共同为推动中国政府创新作出贡献。

　　主要合作领域包括：资助创新奖的评选、联合举行各类培训、共同举办中国政府创新论坛以及各类研讨会、建立创新实验基地、创新研究实验室等。

　　合作的基本原则是互信、共赢，合作的目的是提升中国地方政府创新奖的美誉度，共同推动政府创新的实践与研究。

　　Cooperation is a significant condition for successful innovations. The Awards is sincere to invite colleagues from business, academics and NGOs to participate and become strategic partners.

　　Major fields for cooperation include: Financing the selection, Co-hosting training programs, innovation forum and seminars, Establishing experimental base, innovation lab, etc.

　　Trust and win-win are fundamental principles for cooperation. The major aim is to consolidate reputation of the Awards and promote innovations and research.
