英国首相布朗：“超级推销员”(4)

　　不过，2007年，当等待了10年的布朗终于从布莱尔手中接过首相职位之后，却发现楼价攀升，通胀压力加大。一年来英格兰银行已四次加息抑制通胀。

　　可是，诺森罗克银行的挤兑风潮却预示着，英国经济又出现了下行的危险。英格兰银行不得不在上个月宣布了两年来的首次降息。
