中国在全球零售增长指数遥遥领先
China defies gravity leading the pack in global Retail Growth Index
欧晰析企业管理咨询及Financo最近发布一份题为《迎难而上》的最新零售增长指数，其中美国亚马逊、中国的京东和阿里巴巴在2016年获得平均30%的增长，而全球其他地区(中国以外)只有1.9%。
Retailers with strong e-commerce offerings are defying sluggish sector average growth rates by double-digit margins amid the evolving structure of global retail. Chinese and US e-commerce giants, JD.com、Alibaba, and Amazon, averaged 30% growth in 2016, while the rest of the global retail market (excluding China) managed just 1.9%, according to a new retail growth index, titled Defying Gravity, from OC&C Strategy Consultants and Financo.
《迎难而上》将来自20个地区、盈收达2.5亿英磅的全球200大零售商分成价值高于或低于25亿英磅两大组别，再按盈收增长逐一排名。
Defying Gravity divides the top 200 global retailers with above ￡250 million in revenues from around 20 geographies into those valued at more than or less than ￡2.5 billion, and ranks them by revenue growth.
亚马逊领先于其他大型零售商，在2016年增长了27%，盈收上升了235亿英磅，紧随其后的京东增长为41%，盈收上升了80亿英磅。排名位于前列的其他中国零售商包括阿里巴巴（上升33%，29亿英磅）、唯品会（上升41%，19亿英磅）及苏宁（上升10%, 15亿英磅）。
Amazon leads the pack among the larger businesses, after growing by 27%, adding ￡23.5 billion in revenue in 2016, followed by China’s JD.com which grew by an impressive 41%, adding ￡8 billion in revenue. Other Chinese retail giants on the list include Alibaba.com, (33%, ￡2.9 billion ); vipshop, (41%, ￡1.9 billion ) and Suning (10%, ￡1.5 billion ).

瀚纳仕招聘专家和牛津经济研究院近日联合发布《瀚纳仕全球技能指数》报告，该报告基于瀚纳仕对全球33个经济体的专业劳动力市场分析，评估了每一个区域劳动力市场的当前形势。
Hays in collaboration with Oxford Economics recently published the Hays Global Skills Index, The report is based on an analysis of professional employment markets across 33 global economies, assessing the dynamics at play in each local labour market.
高素质人才的流动使得本年度综合指数平均值略有下降，从5.4降低为5.3——这是该指数自2012年问世后首次出现下降。
The flow of skilled migrants has contributed to a slight decrease in the average overall Index for this year. The score has dropped marginally from 5.4 to 5.3 this year – the first time there has been a reduction in the Overall Index score year-on-year since its conception in 2012.

As Simon Lance, Managing Director of Hays Greater China commented, “the score decrease in ‘labour market participation’ and ‘talent mismatch’ is indicative of an improved ability for the local labour market to meet the demands of employers. China is uniquely positioned at the moment in that it’s able to take advantage of the regional and global opportunities available to it."
他提出，为了在不断变化的市场中和不确定的经济、政治形势下开展业务，中国的企业在招聘技术类和管理类岗位时，更热衷于雇佣本地区人才所带来的益处是全方面的。
He notes that operating in a dynamic global marketplace and with a rapidly shifting economic and political landscape, organisations have been keen to localise their workforces when it comes to filling technical and management positions and are benefiting across the board.
据兰熙蒙介绍，该报告自2012年发布以来，中国的综合指数逐年下降。中国的综合指数为亚洲地区最低而日本最高（5.7）。
Since the release of the report in 2012, China’s score has decreased year on year. China’s current score is also the lowest in the Asia region with Japan (5.7) highest.
希捷发布硬盘扩充守护者系列
Seagate Expands Guardian Series Portfolio
IDC和希捷近期发布的研究报告预计，到2025 年，全球数据圈将剧增至163ZB，相当于当前所产生数据的十倍。
With a recent study by IDC and Seagate finding that data creation will swell to a total of 163 zettabytes (ZB) by 2025, 10x more than today.

保时捷看好全年业绩
Porsche is confident of full-year results
保时捷近日发布前三季度业绩，2017年前三个季度继续保持良好增势：新车交付量达185,898台，同比增长4%。
After the first nine months of 2017, Porsche AG has delivered 185,898 vehicles worldwide, exceeding last year\'s figure by four per cent.
Panamera增势强劲，Macan仍为最畅销车型。全新Panamera新车交付量超过19,000台，同比增长高达73%。时尚 SUV Macan 全球销量超过73,000台，同比增长3%。
The new Panamera in particular has contributed to this success: Deliveries of the four-door sports car have risen by 73 per cent to more than 19,000 vehicles.
中国居保时捷全球最大单一市场宝座，交付新车超过54,000台，美国市场以超过41,000台的交付量位居第二。
China remains the strongest single market for the Stuttgart-based sports car manufacturer with more than 54,000 vehicles delivered, followed by the United States with more than 41,000 vehicles delivered.
