Shared parental polices to improve gender diversity in the workplace
招聘专家瀚纳仕在《2017瀚纳仕亚洲性别多元化报告》中指出：60%的中国女性受访者和45%的中国男性受访者认为“父母双方共同享有育婴，并且共同承担抚养孩子的责任”能够“在很大程度”上消除无意识的性别歧视，并促进各地职场中的性别多元化。
The Hays Asia Gender Diversity Report 2017, produced by recruiting experts Hays, found 60 per cent of the women taking part in the Hays research in China and 45 per cent of men believe ‘shared parental leave and more shared responsibility associated with child rearing’ would “very much” break down unconscious bias and improve gender diversity in local workplaces.
在参与调查的中国大陆受访者中，有约73%的人正身处于能为男性员工提供育婴假的公司——这比亚洲其它国家调查所得的比例更高。
Of those taking part in China, approximately 73 per cent work for an organisation that offers parental leave to fathers – a larger percentage of respondents than any other country across Asia.

A further 38 per cent of women and 40 per cent of men in China describe working flexibly arrangements as “very important” to them while more than a third of both genders describe it as “important”.

Airbus selects Shenzhen for its China Innovation Centre
空中客车日前宣布选择被誉为“中国硅谷”的深圳作为空中客车中国创新中心所在地。
Airbus has selected the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, widely considered to be the Silicon Valley of China, to establish its Airbus China Innovation Centre (ACIC).
空中客车中国创新中心还与深圳市投资推广署签署合作谅解备忘录，承诺双方将建立长期战略合作关系，加速在航空领域的创新。
Airbus has also signed a cooperation framework agreement with Invest Shenzhen to establish a long-term strategic partnership to accelerate innovation.
空中客车中国创新中心首席执行官罗岗表示：“空中客车中国创新中心将获益于深圳在政策规划、人才资源、投融资环境等方面的优势，进而为全球航空业的创新发展带来积极影响。”
LUO Gang, CEO of the Airbus China Innovation Centre said: “The innovation centre will benefit from the advantages of policy planning, talent resources, and a favourable investment and financing environment from Shenzhen to impact global aviation innovation. ”
大韩航空中国第八所“阳光书屋”落户丽江
Korean Air’s 8th Library of Dreams was Set Up in Lijiang City
大韩航空中国第八所“阳光书屋”日前落户云南省丽江市古城区金山白族乡中心完小。“阳光书屋”是大韩航空“爱心计划”公益项目的重要组成部分。
The 8th Library of Dreams, sponsored by Korean Air, was set up at Jin Shan Central Elementary School in Lijiang City, Yunnan Province. The Library of Dreams project is an important part of Korean Air’s CSR initiatives in China.
从2010年开始，大韩航空一直努力推进“阳光书屋“图书馆设施，目前，大韩航空已连续在西安、黄山、昆明、沈阳、长沙、贵州和佳木斯等地设立“阳光书屋”。
Since 2010, Korean Air has been promoting this charity project by building library facilities. Up till now, the company has set up Library of Dreams in Xi\'an, Huangshan, Kunming, Shenyang, Changsha, Guizhou and Jiamusi.
捐赠仪式当天，大韩航空还携手韩国文化院在丽江云岭剧院共同举办了“你好·城市” 中韩文化交流活动，来自中韩两国的艺术家们为观众们带来了传统艺术表演，助力爱心捐赠活动。
On the day of the donation ceremony, Korean Air and Korean Cultural Center jointly organized a "Hello City" cultural exchange activity at Lijiang Yunling Theater. Artists from China and Korea both presented their traditional art performances to the audience.
