中国鹤壁

　　在河南北部有一条美丽的河流叫淇河，淇水之滨有一座被绿色所拥抱的城市，这就是古老而年轻的鹤壁。

　　鹤壁，为中国河南省省辖市，中国优秀旅游城市，省级园林城市。鹤壁辖浚县、淇县、淇滨区、山城区、鹤山区和鹤壁经济技术开发区。

　　鹤壁物阜源丰，矿产资源种类多，储量大，埋藏浅，品位高，其中煤炭储量16亿吨，金属镁10亿吨，水泥灰岩矿床储量50亿吨。水源总储量23.5亿立方米，年过境水6.15亿立方米。新区已探明的地热资源十分丰富。淇河是华北地区水质最好的河流，常年水质达到国家一级标准。淇河鲫鱼、缠丝鸭蛋、冬凌草被誉为“淇河三珍”。鹤壁年供电能力达到30亿千瓦时。西气东输、南水北调工程穿境而过，为腾飞的鹤壁注入新的动力。

　　鹤壁正在建设全国无公害农产品生产加工基地，承担着国家食品安全综合示范区重大科技专项的课题。浚县被确定为全国优质强筋小麦生产基地，淇县被确定为全国无公害农产品示范基地县和农业标准综合生产示范区。鹤壁优质小麦已出口新西兰、俄罗斯、越南等国家。鹤壁是河南省优质畜产品生产加工和出口创汇基地，拥有瘦肉型猪、肉鸡、蛋鸡和奶业4大生产系列，是全国最大的规模化肉鸡养殖基地和河南北部最大的种猪繁育中心。畜牧业产值占农业总产值的比重达60.6%，居全国前列。

　　历经40余载，鹤壁工业已经形成以能源、建材、冶金、电子、轻纺、食品加工等为支柱的产业体系，是河南省北部重要的煤炭基地、火力发电基地和全省最大的水泥生产基地。这些对鹤壁发展具有全局支撑作用的重点项目和基础设施建设，为鹤壁的发展蓄足了后劲。鹤煤(集团)公司为国家大型火力发电厂提供标准环保用煤，是全国十大出口煤生产基地之一。万和发电公司正在建设二期工程，筹建三期工程，届时全市发电装机容量将达到256.4万千瓦。同力水泥有限公司日产2500吨熟料的二期工程已经点火，三期和四期工程正在筹建，届时全市水泥年生产能力将达到540万吨。鹤壁现有企业9000多家，其中外资企业120多家。主要工业产品有5000多种，其中鹤壁无烟煤，同力水泥公司高标号水泥，天元公司日用化工品，天海集团汽车插接件和线束，华中科技公司、彩鹤公司片式电容，博大集团熔断电阻、网络电阻，大用和永达公司肉制品等一大批知名品牌，在河南省乃至全国同行业享有较高声誉。

　　进入“十五”时期，鹤壁致力于壮大资源型工业基地，加快建设先进制造业基地，扎实推进食品加工业基地，走新型工业化道路，使“三大基地”尽快成为鹤壁经济强有力的支撑。

　　鹤壁旅游资源丰富，所辖浚县为国家级历史文化名城，淇县为省级历史文化名城。历史上，鹤壁曾是殷、卫、赵三国都城所在地，历时凡520年。辛村文化遗址、鹿楼汉代冶铁遗址、鹤壁集宋代古瓷窑遗址等，充分反映了古代鹤壁经济的繁荣、文化的发达。淇河是一条诗河、史河、文化河，《诗经》中有39首吟咏淇河的诗歌。淇河天然太极图是周易文化和太极文化的地理渊源。云梦山以“中华第一古军校”著称，是智胜鬼谷子隐居讲学的地方。孙膑、庞涓、苏秦、张仪、毛遂等中国战国时期著名的军事家、纵横家都曾在这里学习。大伾山是中国境内罕见的儒、释、道三教并存的历史文化名山。开凿于北魏后赵时期的天宁寺大石佛高22.29米，距今已有1600多年，属“全国最早、北方最大”。

　　Hebi China

　　On the north part of Henan province, there is a beautiful river, Qihe River. On the side of this beautiful river, is a new city, Hebi, soaked in green, and with a long history.

　　Hebi is a city directly under the jurisdiction of Henan Provincial Government. It is one of China's outstanding tourist cities and a province-level garden city. Under its jurisdiction, are Xunxian County, qixian County, Qibin District, Shancheng District, Heshan District and Hebi Economy and Technology Zone.

　　Hebi, has convenient transportation and reliable telecommunication systems. It is at the center of China. Beijing is 500 kilometers to its north and Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport is 130 kilometers to its south. Beijing-Guangzhou Railway Beijing-Zhuhai Highway and 107 State Road run through the city from north to south. The under-construction Hebi-Puyang Highway, Huguan-Taiqian Road form the decussation of north Henan Province with Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Beijing-Zhuhai Highway and 107 State Road.

　　Hebi is rice in natural resources. The resources are diversiform in category, abundant in reserves, close to the earth's surface and high in quality. The coal reserve is 1,600 million tons. The metal magnesium reserve is 1,000 million tons. The cement limestone reserve is 5,000 million tons. The total water storage is 2,350 million cube meters. The annual territory-passing water reaches 615 million cube meters. The already verified geothermic resources are very abundant. Qihe River is the best one in north China in terms of quality of water. Water quality of Qihe River reaches state-class-one standard all the year round. Qihe River crucian, circular-veined duck eggs and rabdosia rubescens are reputed as the "Three Treasures of Qihe". The capability of power supply in Hebi is 3,000 million kilowatt-hour. The projects of transforming gas from west China to east China and transforming water from south China to north China through Hebi facilitate the development of Hebi.

　　China State Pollution-free Primary Products Processing Base is being built in Hebi, which will have on its shoulder the technical task of China State General Food Safety Demonstration. Xunxian County is assigned as State Quality Wheat Base and Qixian County is the State-level Base County for Pollution -free Primary Products and Model for Agricultural Standard Integrative Production. Quality wheat produced in Hebi has been sold to New Zealand, Russia and Vietnam. Hebi is the base for stock raising, processing and exporting in Henan Province. Four production series have been formed of lean pork pigs, meat chickens, egg chickens and cows. Hebi is now one of the biggest meat chicken breeding base in China and the biggest breeder-pig breeding center. The stock raising production value takes 60.6% of the agricultural gross production value, which ranks the firs in China.

　　More than forty years' construction has made Hebi the coal base and electric-power base in north Henan and the biggest cement production base in Henan, with power, building material, metallurgy, electronics, light industry and food processing as the back bone for the industries in Hebi. These key projects and basic establishment construction help to develop Hebi. Now Hebi is ready for a booming economic development. Hebi Coal (Group) Company, supplying standard environment protection coal to large scale power plants in China, is one of ten coal exporting bases in China. Wanhe Power Co., whose second phase project is under construction and third phase project is under planning, will add Hebi's power generating capacity to 2.47 million kilowatt. The second phase of Tongli Cement Company with the capacity of producing 2,500 tons of grogs has come into operation. The third and forth phases of Tongli Cement Company are on the way, which will add the cement production to 5.4 million tons when the third and forth phases come to operation. There are now more than 9,000 factories in Hebi, among which 120 are foreign invested. The main products exceed 5,000 in variety of which anthracite, high-grade cement produced by Tongli Cement Company, chemical commodity produced by Tianyuan Company, vehicle-use connector and terminals and fittings produced by Tianhai Group Company, chip capacitor produced by Huazhong Science and Technology Company and Chaihe Company, fusing resistance and net resistance produced by Boda Group Company and the meat products produced by Dayong Company and Yongda Company are name brand products and enjoy good reputation in the same trade all over China.

　　Since the beginning of the period of the tenth five-year plan, Hebi is striving to develop and strengthen resource oriented industry base, speed the construction of advanced manufacturing base and food processing industry base, take the new-type industrialized road and make the three bases the strong support to Hebi's economy.

　　Hebi boasts excellent tourism resources. Xuan County of Hebi is a State-level Historical and Cultural Town, Qi County of Hebi, a Province-level Historical and Cultural Town. Hebi was once the capitals of Yin, Wei and Zhao States for 520 years in the history of China. Xinchun Cultural Relics, Iron-smelting Relics of Han Dynasty at Lulou, and Porcelain Kiln Relics at Hebiji fully reflect prosperous economy and well-developed culture of Hebi in ancient China. 　　this nature in the history of China, are about the beauty of Qihe River. At the bank of Qihe River, there is the natural map of Taiji, charming and mystery. It is the geographic source of Zhouyi Culture and Taiji Culture. Yunmeng Mountain is famous for this: The First Military School in the History of China is located here. Sun Bin, Pang Juan, Su Qin, Zhang Yi and Mao Shui, the outstanding strategists in China's War States Period, studied here. Dapi Mountain is China's famous historical cultural mountain for Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism are all practiced here, which is rare in China. The stone Buddha in Tiannin Temple, 22.29 meters tall, carved 1,600 years ago, is the oldest in China and the biggest in north China.
